What we’ll be Giving Away : Mavic Ksyrium Elites! A lovely clincher wheelset, great for upgrading whatever you have already or a better-than-average training wheelset if you’re set up with the carbons. A $675 value, and one lucky Auction-Goer will get to go home with them free.

Mavic Ksyrium SR’s: CX Race Wheels for the Working Man (Or Lady)

First race of the season is down – it’s CX time. Maybe one of you (or more than one) might be thinking about Race Wheels. We want to help you make your goals this season, so we’ve come up with a little deal.

We picked up some Mavic Ksyrium SR’s and want to hand them off to you for a cool grand. That’s right, $999.99 for the set. 1,500 grams (actual weight w/ skewers), carbon front hub, carbon/bladed spokes with a tubular rim make for a sick race-day wheel set. Who said you couldn’t have it all?

And here’s the real cool part – you’re probably going to want some tires with those wheels (if you give a mouse a cookie, and all that). So if you buy these and add a pair of sick Grifos or Fangos or whatever CX Tubular you’d like, we’ll glue them on for free.

More photos under the cut. If you act fast enough, you’d probably get them before next Tuesday. That dude that chuckled slightly when he passed you? Yeah, he’s gonna be eating your dust.

MAVIC x LONDON 2012

Pretty sweet if you ask me. If I could be anywhere in the upcoming days it’d be at the Olympic Velodrome. I’m sure we’re going to see some amazing racing and certainly a few tears of joy/defeat.

We’re proud Mavic dealers and regularly keep an IO and Comete on hand (just because they look stupid hot). I’m sure you’ll see plenty of both as the world’s best go head to head.
